Company Town

Microsoft is donating $500 million to affordable housing in the greater Seattle area. Part of that will be loans to individuals to purchase housing. Does anyone remember the concept of "The Company Town"?

@Mahaq Yes it is real, about half in the form of loans and the remain portion in housing construction. Not a bad business investment, right?
