What's the first thing you wanted to do when you turned 18?

@SW-User If you can survive foster ,you can survive anywhere .I met a few people that have helped me .It's only been since spring ,I'm free that's all that matters .

@kodiac it hurts my heart whenever society fails a kid. Maybe even especially teens. It boggles my MIND kicking a kid out like that.

The system is corrupted... you’d think maybe having programs from a young age that would help kids find their way out by 18-20. I’m’a definately adopting a kid. @Starcrossed

It’s a tough thing because you can’t really control the entire system unless government gets involved. 🤪 government should do their fucking job. It’s disgusting. Would you adopt a kid? @kodiac

@SW-User Yes ,but adoption is a whole different system .It was every fosters dream ,adoption is forever fosters is for however long it is before you get moved ,never longer than 1 year .
