I grew up in the mid 70's / 80's ...I think kids are certainly missing out on getting outside more and being more active...i would ride my bike all over the neighborhood,go to the playground, I wouldn't be home until the street lights came on ...times are different and scarier

@SW-User yep,I remember the late arrivals to home. I remember we had a PC, but still went out with friends. I guess I didn't have a lot of games, so the temptation wasn't there.

Yeah ,it just wasn't something that I was that into ...I wanted to hang out with friends @Laughman

@SW-User yes back then I think we all made an effort to be social and actually go out. Now if we just say hi on Facebook, then that will tick that box until next year.

I don't use Facebook...ick @Laughman

@SW-User Facebook has the terrible ability of only showing the fun parts of people's lives. It makes you think you are doing something wrong, trying to live a perfect life. I ignore most of the stuff I see.

@Laughman it's not only that it's other things that annoy me

@SW-User oh well please ..do go on.

@Laughman I've moved on 😊
