How do you reply to "how are you?" when you are not doing so good?

@midnightrose I usually turn it around and get the other person to talk about themselves. 😬

@CoffeeFirst Yes, seems better to focus on them. Plus, I feel like most people are just making small talk and aren't really asking to know.
