Hmm, hard to say because they're all things I would hope my co-workers/friends/family would say about me, however I'll give it a go:

co-workers: professional/ dedicated/ knowledgeable
friends: trustworthy/fun/loyal
family: (kids & hubby): strict/ strong/dependable
me: independent/ nonjudgmental/kind
