Why do women consider guys kissing their feet as the most romantic gesture ?

I think it has to do with the issue of men vs. women, where if a male is kissing the feet of a female, 1. it's either part of a consenting adult relationship the act of feet kissing is part of that. 2. Male wants to be forced to be subjugated/humiliated.
