For those who have been favored by the fickle finger of fate. Some children are born into madness and pain. Constant hunger and thirst. Disease and misery. I wonder about the randomness of life and fortune.

@puck61 yeah there’s a homeless kid in a wheelchair I see everyday on my way to college for a year and I wonder what the purpose of life is for him 🤔
@SW-User Perhaps his purpose is noblest of all, to pose the opportunity for proactive compassion from random strangers.
@SW-User We 'are' being watched. I assure you that records 'are' kept.

@puck61 But if there was a god why would he make kids suffer like that? It’s just disturbing
@SW-User God didn't do it, we did. We do.
@SW-User We are not doing well on the test.

@puck61 I don’t quite agree.. people are just born into poverty.. not like it’s their fault that humanity refuses to do anything for them
@SW-User Humanity should not allow the suffering of humanity.

Idealistic?

It wouldn't be so hard. We waste more than any of the starving people could ever eat. I think we are failing the test.
SW-User
@puck61 don’t see why kids are suffering for other people’s mistakes
@SW-User Yeah.....shouldn't happen. People try hard to change things, but , in the horn of Africa, shipments of food are often intercepted by religious warlords who take it for themselves ...... It shouldn't be but at the same time, I 've grown callouses towards all of it. I know it's there, but what the hell have 'I' done about it?
Not much.
