The sad, sorry truth of it is this.
Men, from a young age, are driven by what they can see.
Boys/men are very visual creatures. Whereas women are more sensitivity/ideologically driven.
So having spent our youth chasing some sort of mythical 'ideal woman' and either never finding them or discovering that what we perceive as 'beautiful' is often ONLY that(little substance beyond looks)THEN we start to think about personality and it's worth.
Unless of course you're very lucky and work this out while you're fairly young in life.
