How do you quit a job without giving a two week notice?

I know it's not very professional to do, but the person I work for is very unprofessional...

there is no law that states you must give two weeks notice. it has just become the norm. gives you a chance to finish up a few things, and possibly train someone depending on what you did.
I always thought it best, to not burn any bridges though.
