How do you quit a job without giving a two week notice?
I know it's not very professional to do, but the person I work for is very unprofessional...

you just quit, it doesn't look good for future employers, but if you don't want to ever list them as a reference then it won't matter. If they are unprofessional, odds are if you give them a 2 weeks notice they may just say to leave now anyway.
