Does anyone else hate feeling stuck?

Does anyone else hate feeling like they're stuck? My thing is staying calm through the good or bad but when you feel like you're stuck, and you also don't want to panic, it's the most uncomfortable feeling ever. It feels as if I'm stuck in a small room.

I have succumb to feelings of helplessness ...its terrible . Top 5 worst feelings. It will ruin your life & make you depressed & anxious. But Its just a feeling. You always have options😊

@Selah I never let it get to the point where my mental health is at risk but some times I do feel helpless I admit.
