Does anyone else hate feeling stuck?

Does anyone else hate feeling like they're stuck? My thing is staying calm through the good or bad but when you feel like you're stuck, and you also don't want to panic, it's the most uncomfortable feeling ever. It feels as if I'm stuck in a small room.

If by stuck, you mean in a dangerous situation, then yes I hate it. Or if it's about one of my phobias, then, yes again.

Otherwise, I rarely feel stuck, because I usually can see my way out.

@Serenitree I don't mean in a literal sense but in more a life situation aspect. I normally can too but this time I really think I put myself in the sink hole. smh

@Serenitree Yea, it's a long story. I have one move in mind I will make but we'll see how that goes. It's a long shot but I'm the kind of person who does things without hesitation.
