She's now been arrested and charged with manslaughter....she might face more serious charges. She killed another man...Mexican I believe...in '17. She needs to be removed from society

I don't see where the cops shot the man. They shot the woman that shot the man after refusing to put down the knife and gun she had. Plus they tased her once then shot her after that didn't work.
