🤷you arent obligated to support him.And he doesn't need anyone to accept his choices in life, so you not accepting him shouldnt affect much.As long as you're respectful and don't call him nasty things or be rude then I see no issue.
People put a lot of expectations on family and get disappointed when it doesnt turn out the way they want. Friends are for support and sometimes your friends are your family and sometimes they're just family.

@SW-User Also my family doesn't accept a lot of my life choices or how I am but they still care for me in some way.
Let that mentality go, life is seriously way too short. I had a friend in the military who I didn't know until he got out, but was a trans. He loaned me over $2000 knowing I was using it for illicit means. Everybody has a lifestyle and the only ones I judge are people who manipulate, murder, or rape.
