On a scale of 1 to 10, how balanced are you right now.

10 = you have the serenity of Mary Poppins
1 = you are fair frothing at the mouth and the two burley men are approaching with the straight jacket.

If you're below 5 and you see this as an 'issue', how do you gain more 'balance'?

@SW-User I'd take a 6 right now. I would strive to improve on a 4. Do you have any mechanisms for upping where you are or do you just go with the flow (may I ask?)

@Valentine The most effective way that *actually* helps me personally is when I write things down. I make a list

2-What I can do to make things better.
3-What is the bright side of the situation. [/b]

It’s liberating and also helps me to make plans and take action while being positive.
