Ooo-dea... It's happened...

That first realisation that you may be looking and acting like a senior citizen. I didn't think I yet needed any help "crossing the road". But it happened. At London Charing Cross. Just. One of the most kind lady travel assistants saw I was struggling (ok, self imposed, biggest of suitcases and guitar on back, off to Nashville 🤠😀) and she asked me if I needed any help. Is this the first taste of 'being old'? 😥
