Does this happen to you?

Every time I get messaged by someone they ask me the same questions every single time.
“Where do you live?”
“What is your job?”
“Are you married?”
“How old are you?”
“Are you straight or bi?”
Ok, it would be great if they could save me and themselves the time and READ my profile, because literally all those questions are answered there. I’m starting to sound like a damn broken record.

Those are the conversations I cut short. Generic questions that really mean nothing to strangers.

I have no problem answering questions like those.
Sure they're fairly dull and generic but they are at least safe.
In these days of fake accounts and identity theft I'd find it harder to answer questions about where exactly I live or what my job is or where I grew up etc.

i don’t answer PMs. this is one of the many reasons. you would be surprised how many people cannot read my introduction that blantantly states, I WONT ANSWER YOU, while they are starting their message.

I've seen where folks have a "disclaimer" right before you message them. Maybe yours could say read about me first

Nope - mine says “hey! i won’t answer you - don’t message me” and i still get “hi” or “how are you” Get lost....@iamnikki

They don't have time to read that it's too long so when they ask them individually it's less to read at a time ☺

I agree, it's annoying especially when you set boundaries and they disrespect it. They want something quick they become a nuisance and dumb.

Tbh, you should ignore those messages and them figure it out themselves
