I feel ugly all the time

I have so many issues with my body. I am 5'3 and 112 pounds but I am flatchested, have a horrible stomach which sticks out as I have inflammatory bowel disease and I look like a 16 yr old kid even though I am nearly 33. I despise how I look. Don't have any photos of myself as I look God awful in them and I wonder if feeling like this will ever pass?
Socially because I look so childish in the face and body, men see me as a kid sister and people younger than me treat me like I am a teen. How can self image be improved? How can I accept that I am ugly?

Acceptance would make you realise that a) you arent ugly and b) how you look and whether you have big boobs or not is NOT the most important thing about you...

It can change.. but it does take a lot of time, is gradual and takes work, remembering there will be set backs..

Counselling, self-help books and videos, learning/listening to yourself, assertiveness training etc can all help...

It can be done... and at your age too.. at your age I felt similarly and it was at your age things began to change for me.. they can for you too.
