Do you deal with anxiety? If so, how do you handle it?

Yes. I use a variety of things. Getting out by the water or in nature, reading, writing poetry, talking to my friends, posting verses and quotes around where I'll see them, breathing techniques, prayer, knowing how far to push outside of my comfort zone limits and when, guided sleep meditation, etc...
