Do men desire to have kids as much as women do? or men feel presssured to have kids? specially after getting married?

@NiftyWhite ic. i could not bring a child knowingly. i had pressure, waited for long enough to know whether it was right decision or not.

@NiftyWhite i want be able to provide them the best and be "JUST" with him/her,them. I was asked when i was having 3rd one and said, you can have it and help raise.

my mom did everything with raising. my dad was present yet absent in his role. @aaaabbbb

@aaaabbbb yup. 2 older ones. i never really thought about it til my mom passed and he was the only parent left. he just doesn’t seem that much into being a parent. sometimes i feel like HIS parent because he’s used to my mom making all the decisions and being the leader. he’s def not a leader

@NiftyWhite i am sorry about your mom passing away. Tough loss to deal with. i wonder why is he like that, cultural? or just your mom was a dominant person?...

i honestly don’t know. there’s prob a lot of factors, one being that his own parents died young so he had no role models. think it’s just the way he is too. kind of lazy. can’t be bothered with much. @aaaabbbb

@aaaabbbb im not a mom. i think i inherited the anti-parent gene from my dad if there is such a thing. my mom was nuts about having kids and i def didn’t inherit that attitude. so instead of following the crowd like my dad did i decided not to have any. if he is any indication, i will prob be happier doing what i really want.
