@SomeLikeItHot Interesting... We played where as you had to tag a player physically. Mostly dudes in my neighborhood.
Boys then we're stinky... Speed was essential as well. ☺

There would be a huge tree and the “seeker” would have to count backwards from 50. It is so much easier to hide and make plans to gether to distract when it is pitch black.

Bedtime was 8:30 PM for us, an atrocious hour when there was still daylight however when we stayed at someone else’s house the party was on!
We watched Johnny Carson and Sammy Terry who hosted the midnight horror shows. 😳

Did you ever stay over to stay up late?

@SomeLikeItHot Absolutely... Most times they also "stayed over" simultaneously so we could hang out at the beach all night.
