What to do with your BESTFRIEND?

SHe is suddenly asking if I'm being true to her. She doesn't explained it to me in detail. She just shrugged it off when I told her that she IS my BESTFRIEND.

@Leafkiss It surprises me, how often, if hearing two women talking, in passing, they seem to be going on about... another woman. No idea why this is such a common thing.
