Prehistoric Giant People

Seriously, I have seen some documentaries on UTube that there use to be giants who roamed the earth. They said their bones were found, but I have never seen any bones of them in any museum around me. Do you think this is true?

The problem is it's very difficult for something to become fossilised. It's a very rare occurrence which necessitates multiple processes taking place.

So it may have been possible millions of years ago that there was some distant relative of homo sapiens who could be classed as giants; after all, we do know of Homo floresiensis who were much smaller than your average man, but it could be none of their remains became fossilised or we just haven't found them yet.
