The blessing of a flat...
In June of 1989 my mom was visiting her sister in Tampa Florida.
Upon an outing they met a friendly man named "Dave" who offered to show them Tampa Bay from his boat.
The morning they were to embark my Aunt got a flat tire and the trip was cancelled.
That man was Oba Chandler. Executed in 2011 for murdering an Ohio woman and her two children and dumping their bodies in Tampa Bay.
