Do you have vivid dreams?

How do you dream? Every night I have really vivid and exhausting dreams. Sometimes they’re very emotional, too.
Every single night.
Some days I wake up more tired than I went to sleep.

All depends on what’s happening during the day time . I’ve come to think thet reflect on unfinished thoughts throughout the day .
