Do you have vivid dreams?

How do you dream? Every night I have really vivid and exhausting dreams. Sometimes they’re very emotional, too.
Every single night.
Some days I wake up more tired than I went to sleep.

Mine are like a movie - very vivid often with involved plots. Sometimes they're erotic but not usually. Sometimes they are so real that I wake up feeling angry or scared or aroused depending on the dream.

@RoadieJay that’s the same with me! They have a detailed plot and they’re long. And they feel so real.
How tiring is it??

@RoadieJay ohhhhh. I sleep really well. I get a good 7-10 hours a night. I do wake up a few times throughout the night though.

@ErikaTired I wake up a lot - usually I go back to sleep. Sometimes I wake up at 4 and can't get back to sleep. I guess it gets harder to sleep as you get older.

@ErikaTired You definitely should spend as much time in bed as you can. 😊
