Anyone still affected by past depression?

Tried to suicide twice 9th to 10th grade.

Got over srs depression thanks to the help of friends.

However still often fall into extreme sadness and still often will have anxiety or anxiety attack.

So still old side effects I guess. Anyone else like this?

When I see your age group it reminds me of myself at your age.
I hope you have some form of treatment available to you and that you are using it to help you.
My depression usually comes in episodes, but I require medication all the time to help prevent these episodes.
Treatment helps. I promise.
