I wanna be like that .
"Happiness you gotta make for yourself" etc etc I get it. But knowing is easier than doing.

Well different people have different methods, I was told when I was younger to 'fake it until you make it' but really having someone to rant to and also trying to add a positive to every negative thought helps me :)
