How odd it seems that both sadness and often times joy causes water to fall from our eyes.

When the need arising to cry I let it flow...happy or sad. It cleanses the soul.

@Pambi I think so..I believe that people that hold all the emotion in are hurting themselves. And men and woman all have them.
