If you could choose the sex and physical appearance of your soon-to-be-born child, would you do it?

Sure. I'd choose a girl, because I know what raising a boy is like. I was one and I have a brother. That's awful. Let's try the other side. Physical appearance? Obviously beautiful. Who wants an ugly child? If you have the option to have a beautiful child and you intentionally don't do it, I'd argue that's child abuse.
