SW-User
im afraid of being forgotten

SW-User
@SW-User i think that includes the vast majority of us if we would admit it.

@SW-User I have gone to embarassing lengths recently for that one. As long as one person remembers me, a piece of my life continues. Rediculous, but obsessive.

@ColonelFlytrap I agree. I've been making keepsakes for my kids and their kids and their kids too. Making memories with them too.
I also have been telling them all, stories about their great great grandparents. As long as there's one person to remember my parents, they too, will continue to be..... somehow, somewhere, in someone's heart and mind.

@SW-User Have you seen the animated movie “Coco” ?
ColonelFlytrap · 70-79, M
@Serenitree But if you never got to have kids?
Serenitree · F
@ColonelFlytrap Then I'd have to write a book that would be good enough to last a very long time. It would have to be as good as Homer's Iliad.

@Serenitree Unless my niece and godson speak of me, I will be forgotten. Just as well.

@bijouxbroussard I am so very, very sorry for that. :-(
