At what age should someone move out of their parents home and care?

When they're ready. Everyone develops at a different rate and people are ready at different times, rather than one specific age.

Depends on a lot of factors.

I rushed to move out. Now I’m 21 with a lot of bills. I’ve been out the house for about 2 years now and I realized I shouldn’t have left so quickly.

No defined age, and nothing like 'should'.

As soon as they find a home.

As soon as they finish high school or 19 at the latest.
