@Miram i don't like one of his girl friends. He gave her money a couple days ago cos she had £23 left and her parents money hadn't come through yet. It pissed me off so much cos he knows I don't like that they're friends and also I have £25 left in my account but never asked him for shit.

But he has paid for my groceries when we are together and always pay for me when we go out.

@Mermaid He's going to have friends. A person that expects their girlfriend or boyfriend to drop their friends because of their personal opinion of them isn't ready to have a relationship. He helped her because he's a good friend.

Sounds like you're not ready for a relationship if you feel you have to control him or look for petty reasons to complain about.

@Miram You learn by making mistakes. Sometimes that mistake is to get involved in a relationship before you're ready. I'm merely pointing out a huuuuuuge sticking point in relationships that generally fail: Lack of respect for your partner to the point of telling them whom to associate with.

That's a person to immature to be in a relationship.

@EllaDisenchanted I think I did the better thing by not asking him because I respected that it's his money. But he knew I had barely any money. Ive never controlled him about anything, he's probably the most free guy who's in a relationship in the world lol. Nobody is ever ready for a relationship in that case because everybody has flaws. Jealousy is mine and he knows that. I never think that just because there's a little problem in a relationship that you should just drop it. I wouldn't be in love with him if I did that. I'm in love with him and that's why I will always try make it work. Like coming on here for advice.
