Tell your Brain that we moved forward an hour yesterday and it's only 2AM and then go back to sleep for an hour.......maybe you can fool it......but I don't know what will happen at 4AM.

@EarCandlingVictim Instead of my phone making me melatonin how about it makes me a sandwich or microwave popcorn so I don't have to get out of bed.
