Which pet do u have or do u want to have?
I want to open a sanctuary for all the animals.

A sanctuary is a lovely thought. I wish I had the dedication to do that. Unfortunately, it's too much work for me. 24/7 job that's very difficult to find help with AND retain those people who do. If I could do it, it would probably be all dogs. But I wouldn't mind having a Koala and Sloth sanctuary. That would be pretty cool.

@mysteriouslion It also takes a lot of money to run one. I used to do a lot of rescue work. It's tough. Your time isn't your own. You can't go away because the animals need your constant attention. Finding people who are consistent in their commitment to help you is also very difficult. Unless you have the funds to pay them a salary and make it a full time job, volunteers fit you into their schedule and many of them just don't show up when they say they will. Then, the amount of money you need to pay for the building upkeep, food, medical attention/supplies, is exhorbitant, not to mention the amount of time it takes to run fundraisers, apply for grants, maintain non-profit status,... It's completely time consuming.
