@thedarkshadow Thanks! I'm proud of you too! I'm curious about what helped you get out of the depression after 10 months..was it your family?

nope. my ex wife said she was gonna leave me if I didnt deal with my mood swings.....and she did for a week. not seeing my little girls (4 and 2) for a week killed me...first time I never said good night to them ....I was depressed but I refused to get help then I joined a mood disorder group in the city and faced the fact I needed professional and medical help! Glad I did!
