I'm trying to figure out the same thing. I think its my lack of motivation.

By forcing yourself to sit through things you don't normally have the patience for, and using tools to get through it. Exposure therapy. One tool is breathing exercises, and there are good ones out there, meditative or not at all. It's not that patient people are immune to being impatient, it's that they've learned to restraint themselves despite feeling the strain of impatience. There's no button to push to be all better.
Hey the “neurones that wire together fire together “ reducing anxiety with mindfulness is super good and 10 days of meditation/mindfulness scientifically changes your brain so you can be more calm and focused....listen to this tedtalk and go to headspace.com yw!
