Is there such thing as a mid midlife crisis?

I seriously feel as though I'm going through one. I feel that my life is going downhill, slowly... down a dark dark hole.

@Coppercoil ikr! At this point it seems my shovel has a mind of its own and my hands are super glued to it. 😔 Gotta start creating stairs instead.
