I haven't tried to sleep yet, but I have been having trouble sleeping. It's like the minute I lay down my mind starts racing and won't stop. Generally what I do is listen to soothing music for sleep or ocean waves, I put on some essential oils. Lavender is a good one for sleep. Sometimes taking Tylenol when I'm really restless settles me down and let's me sleep, or I'll pray and if none of that works then I'll take something to help me sleep.
