for those who have talked to me: Do I say "lol" too much?

I'm getting self conscious and it scares me, lo- ...I mean... haha.

I think it only becomes too much when people use it as a single response to a more complex comment within a conversation? If that makes sense.

I haven't noticed you using it too much, but then I don't know you well!
