How do I make myself a less stressed/grumpy person?

How do I achieve happiness? What is life even.

I don't have all the answers, but this is what works for me. Count your blessings and love. Stay positive. Live a life of love. Have gratitude for what you have rather than comparing yourself to others and noticing everything you don't have. When you compare you will always see yourself as having less. Follow your passions and do nice things for yourself and others.
