I love the way Sundays feel. They are relaxed and easy-going. They taste like pancakes with butter and jam. They are a day to do whatever I want. Listen to good music. Write poetry. Think of things I wish to do this coming week. A time to count my blessings including my son, my friends, my dogs, a roof over my head, food on the table. A sense of comfort. They are smooth-bodied like a wine at a wedding and welcomed. A day to sleep in before a crazy week begins...
