Sorry to hear that. I don't know why people think they are raising idiots. I liked to believe my kids were all brilliant. And I am not wrong. Even the one with the learning disability is my go to for networking and finding things for people who have no idea where to look. The academic world failed her, but she is brilliant in every way that counts.
