Would you work more hours at work if you don't CURRENTLY need extra money?

I'd like to move out next year but it probably won't happen simply because I graduate in May and probably won't get a good job until I have a degree. That being said, I don't see a real point in myself working extra hours for a while (until school starts back) because I don't have anything to do with it. If I have more money, I'm gonna buy more things, which I don't need, more junk food etc.

So, would you work extra hours if you didn't particularly need extra money NOW? Sure something could come up but the question remains..

I could. I wouldn't mind it. I would make sure that money gets used wisely in the long run. I have some repayments I could get ahead on if I wanted to. I don't have much going on in my life anyway, so it's not like work will be getting in the way.

On the other hand, I value my leisure time quite a bit. I don't really need to do anything to enjoy my day. Sometimes I just want to do nothing, and I'm okay with that. I'm flexible at this stage in my life
