If we were ever able to do so it'd have been done and there would have been proof existing.
So nope; we'll just have to deal with the fact that time continues forwards.
-Or that when time travel is done it created three separate splitting dimensions of reality:
A.*One in which you never time traveled.
B.*One in which you time traveled.
C.*The reality to which you time traveled to.
And that we are sort of existing in a prime dimension where our reality keeps going the route of either A or B without B effecting our reality.
But I just sort of made that up off the top of my head using pre-existing knowledge of theories on the subject, so probably not the case.
Also if there was ever a machine for time travel invented it'd never be used by civilians.
