Have you ever seen the """spirit""" of some1 in some1 else?

Some would say it is a hallucination but I was not drunk nor high and I saw the "spirit" of two men I once loved (whom are STILL alive) floating out of two people's bodies and the expression on both the inhabitant and spirit was so sad...

I wouldn't say that...
these people/"spirits" I saw were alive
I have seen shadows of what could be "people" but NEVER have I seen a shadow or a ghost of a DEAD person I once knew. EVEN if ghosts truly exist does that mean there is life after death? haunting a building for eternity cursed to repeat the same things you did as when you were Alive doesn't seem to be much of a life.
