Congrats to all who made it through Thanksgiving dinner unscathed!

This time of year is bittersweet for me. I love to be around family and friends, good food and laughs. It also can be very awkward, painful and challenging then it turns into the annual obligatory "schmooze fest", it gets old quickly then drinking becomes my only path to survival lol. Anyone else?

I was once like that ,especially Christmas ,its also my Daughters Birthday
but now I love my time with my family ,
all the ones who caused the drama have passed on
and my kids and grandkids and I are all very close ,so its not depressing anymore

@rckt148 That's great to hear! Not about everyone passing on, but that you are drama free lol! It's been an every other year occurrence thus far for me haha
