That is a silly statement to make... honest to God! Success and diversity of a company does not depend on the color oh human capital... head of a human resource should know better.

@Soossie He didn't make that statement, he merely gave the opinion that they *can be a diverse group* or *can bring diversity to the company*.
What if the company said that they disagreed with him?

Diversity has nothing to do with color or gender... anyone giving that opinion, makes a fool of himself... worse, if they are head of HR department.

No... don't get me wrong... I did not say that.... A head of HR should know that diversity depends on minds, innovation, and solutions... not the color/gender of who creates them@quietlitany

@Soossie Diversity is a hiring consideration in the US/UK. Affirmative Action for example and workplace discrimination...
I agree with you btw, but I'm just seeing how people would feel. People may just avoid me this round, because they tend to show their asses as opposed to discussing ideas.
