My favorite way to relax is with a picnic ,in the mountains by a small creek. It is such a peaceful place and the sound of, the babbling brook, the chirping birds, the wind blowing slightly through the tree tops. No technology or distraction. Just you and the wilderness around you. Nothing relaxes me better and restores my sense of all is right in the world.
