I never feel the real meaning of "Happniness " , do you ?

as so many here frequently asked me "are you happy now " am really confused .

I think people always mistake happiness for a permanent state of mind. I don't think it's possible. You get moments of joy but also moments of sadness. I think the most realistic expectation is that you're content and satisfied that this is the best that it can get.

@SW-User that's true.. sustained constant happiness is not possible for the vast majority. Happy times and experiences are more likely. But to have a happy life to me would be one in which I realized a goal or one where I was able to live the life that I wanted. Life is never without challenges or difficult circumstances. But those too can be a source of happiness as you overcome them and turn them into something positive by growing from the experience.
